General questions about our event rental and rental store
With event rental, you can hire complete equipment for events – from chairs, tables and table linen to glassware and decorations. This means you save on acquisition costs and receive professionally maintained rental items that are perfectly suited to your event. At the same time, renting is a sustainable alternative to buying.
Our range includes chairs, tables, bar tables, bar stools, table linen, covers, glasses, china, cutlery and much more. We use it to fully equip weddings, company parties, trade fairs and private events in and around Munich.
The focus is on Munich and the surrounding area. However, we also deliver to the surrounding area on request. Thanks to our own fleet of vehicles, flexible deliveries and on-time set-ups are possible.
You select your items in the online store or via the inquiry form. You will then receive a personalized quote. After confirmation, we will take care of delivery, assembly and cleaning. Alternatively, you can of course also contact us by email, WhatsApp and telephone. We will also be happy to advise you on your event planning.
No, only a non-binding inquiry is submitted. We will then send you an offer based on your request. You can then accept this bindingly.
The prices shown in the store correspond to the basic price per product for a maximum of 3 rental days. For longer rental periods, the 4th day is additionally charged at 25% of the base price and each additional day at 15% of the base price. The price also includes cleaning of the products, e.g. table linen or glasses. Delivery, assembly/dismantling and collection are not included. You can find out more under the delivery conditions.
The cost of standard cleaning is included in the price of all our products. This includes the cleaning of table linen and the rinsing of glass and porcelain products. In the event of heavy soiling, damage, burn holes, breakage, missing parts, etc., we reserve the right to charge the customer the replacement price.
If availability permits, we are happy to accept repeat orders at short notice. However, early planning is recommended, especially for large events.
In principle, bookings can be made at short notice, but we recommend the earlier the better to ensure availability. Early contact makes planning easier for us and for you. In some cases, we can also fulfill special requests, such as personal branding, etc., with more advance notice.
The minimum order value is EUR 100 plus collection or delivery fee and 19% VAT.
Questions about payment, delivery, self-collection and assembly
Upon confirmation of an order, we send an invoice to our customers which is to be paid by bank transfer. For new customers, we must request payment before the event.
Yes, we deliver reliably throughout Munich and the surrounding area – from Starnberg to Freising. Our logistics team specializes in punctual event and trade fair deliveries.
We also deliver to regions outside Munich on request. We will be happy to provide you with a customized transport offer including scheduling.
In principle, any delivery time – whether on Sundays or at night – is possible. We can arrange this individually. We guarantee to keep to the agreed delivery time (+/-15 min).
The delivery costs depend on the distance, quantity and scope of service (delivery, assembly, collection). In Munich, they start at a fair flat rate of EUR 119 (incl. 19% VAT), which we show transparently in the offer.
As our deliveries are always private courier deliveries, the costs are high compared to parcel shipping, especially for small order volumes. However, you will receive your delivery reliably and on time to your desired destination.
Our deliveries are always private courier deliveries. As a rule, only one customer’s products are loaded. In the Munich city area, a round trip usually takes one hour. The delivery costs thus cover the employee and vehicle costs. In return, you will receive your delivery reliably at the time and place of your choice.
Delivery is generally possible to behind the first closed door, but also to the final destination. The costs for this depend on the specific location and the selected products. Please describe the exact delivery conditions (e.g. accessibility, elevator, etc.) in your inquiry. We will then make you an individual offer.
Our warehouse and showroom are located at Forstenrieder Allee 210, Munich. If you wish, you can view the furniture and materials there in person to select the right equipment for your event. Simply make an appointment in advance.
Yes, our team offers a complete set-up and dismantling service on request. This saves you time and personnel. We place tables, chairs or bar tables according to plan and ensure that everything runs smoothly. We can make you an individual offer for this.
Naturally. Much of our furniture is designed so that it can be assembled easily and without tools. We give you brief instructions on delivery to save time and avoid mistakes.
Yes, we regularly supply Messe München, MOC and other venues. Thanks to our experience with trade fair construction and access systems, we can guarantee punctual delivery directly to your stand or hall. However, we ask customers to clarify the relevant access authorizations.
No problem – just give us a call or write to us. If the route plan allows, we will adjust delivery or collection times. The earlier you inform us, the more flexibly we can react.
Questions about tables and table linen
The choice of the right banquet table depends on the type of event, number of guests and room size.
Round tables have a communicative and festive effect, rectangular models are more space-saving and are suitable for rows or tables.

A round banquet table with a diameter of 183 cm seats 8 to 10 people comfortably.
A rectangular 183 × 67 cm table offers space for 6-8 people.
For longer tables, the number of seats can be extended flexibly – we can calculate this exactly for your setup on request.

Square tables are more space-saving because they can be arranged flush.
Round tables require a little more space, but appear more harmonious and promote communication.

Take the table size, occasion and style into account.
White tablecloths are classic and neutral, while colored versions (e.g. black, cream or anthracite) create modern accents.
It is important that the tablecloth overhangs by around 20-30 cm – we will be happy to help you choose the right size. A floor-length version is the right choice for festive occasions.

Polyester is often used as a robust and inexpensive option for large tablecloths. However, Munich Event Rent mainly uses cotton table linen. Cotton looks more elegant and drapes better. They are pleasant to the touch for guests.
Yes, we recommend using all banquet tables exclusively with Molton. The tablecloth lies softly on the table and falls elegantly over the edge. It is pleasant to the touch for guests and glasses stand securely.
In event hire, floor-length usually means that the tablecloth ends just above the floor on round tables, leaving a shoe-width gap to the floor so that guests do not step on the tablecloth.
The table legs are completely covered. This gives the table a very elegant and festive appearance.
Square tables are said to be floor-length when the corners end just above the floor.

Yes, some designs focus precisely on this – the fabric flows and creates a luxurious ambience.
However, there is a risk of tripping and soiling. Dirt from shoes is often difficult to remove and can lead to increased cleaning costs.
We recommend only using this in areas without a lot of movement and after personal consultation. This is why we have not included these models in the rental store.
With covers, bar tables look more elegant and are suitable for festive occasions. The covers are available in different colors.
Without covers, the result is a modern, minimalist look – for trade fairs or outdoor events, for example.

Yes, we have chair connectors for various models, especially for folding and banquet chairs.
They ensure safety, even rows and comply with current fire safety and escape route regulations – ideal for seating at large events.
Yes, many of our chair models are stackable.
This saves space during transportation and enables quick set-up and dismantling – especially at large events or trade fairs.

Naturally. We offer personal consultation appointments in Munich or via video call.
We discuss style, budget and logistics – individually tailored to your event.
As a rule, consulting is part of our service and is not invoiced separately. An exception would be the planning and realization of complex event projects as well as the assumption of tasks that go beyond the mere furnishing of the event.
