Barrier posts with rope holders, 100 cm high, are available in silver for 17,00 € plus 19% VAT (20,23 €) and in black for 19,00 € plus 19% VAT (22,61 €). The matching 153 cm barrier ropes in red or black cost 6,90 € plus 19% VAT (8,21 €) per piece.

Barrier posts with retractable belt

For quick, functional crowd guidance there is the black barrier post with an integrated belt that extends up to 2 m, for 14,00 € plus 19% VAT (16,66 €) per piece – for indoor use and sheltered outdoor areas.

Event carpet in red or black

The event carpet is a single-use product: we cut it to the required length in a width of 1, 1.5 or 2 m, and it is purchased, not rented. The price is 22,90 € plus 19% VAT (27,25 €) per square metre. The carpet is flame-retardant to Cfl-s1 (equivalent to B1) and may also be laid outdoors and get wet. It must be taped to the floor – on request we take care of this with the Comfort package, charged by effort, as well as removal and disposal after the event.

How much does a gala entrance cost?

Example: A red carpet measuring 1.5 × 10 m and two rows of three silver barrier posts each with four red ropes cost 473,10 € plus 19% VAT (562,99 €) in total, plus delivery – of which 343,50 € plus 19% VAT (408,77 €) is for the carpet as a purchased product. Expert tip from Munich Event Rent

Measure the length of the entrance precisely in advance and check with your venue whether the carpet may be taped down. For a straight aisle with ropes, plan one barrier post about every 1.5 m.

Is the event carpet rented or purchased?

The event carpet is a single-use product and is purchased. We cut it to size and, on request, take care of taping it down as well as removal and disposal after the event with the Comfort package, charged by effort.

Is the carpet flame-retardant?

Yes, our event carpet is flame-retardant to Cfl-s1 (equivalent to B1). It can also be laid outdoors and may get wet.

Does the carpet have to be taped down?

Yes, for safety reasons the carpet must be taped to the floor. On request we take care of this with the Comfort package, charged by effort.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is 250,00 € plus 19% VAT (297,50 €); delivery does not count towards it. With a carpet and barriers for an entrance it is usually reached quickly.
