Wine and sparkling wine glasses

The “elegant” series includes the 750 ml red wine glass for 0,85 € plus 19% VAT (1,01 €) and the 560 ml white wine glass and the sparkling wine glass for 0,65 € plus 19% VAT (0,77 €) each per piece. The white wine glass is suitable for spritz drinks; the large red wine glass is intended for red wine.

Coupe and champagne tower

The 260 ml “crystal” coupe for 0,90 € plus 19% VAT (1,07 €) per glass is the classic for champagne and cocktails. As a champagne tower it is available as a set: 4 tiers with 30 glasses plus 10 spare glasses for 32,00 € plus 19% VAT (38,08 €), 5 tiers with 55 plus 5 for 52,00 € plus 19% VAT (61,88 €) and 6 tiers with 91 plus 9 for 85,00 € plus 19% VAT (101,15 €).

All-purpose, longdrink and tumbler glasses

For water, soft drinks and the bar: the 360 ml “classic” longdrink glass for 0,35 € plus 19% VAT (0,42 €), the 315 ml “pure” all-purpose glass for 0,45 € plus 19% VAT (0,54 €) and the 355 ml “crystal” old fashioned glass for 0,65 € plus 19% VAT (0,77 €) per piece.

Calibrated beer and wheat beer glasses

Willi beer glasses for lager with 0.3 and 0.5 litres and the 0.5-litre wheat beer glass cost 0,50 € plus 19% VAT (0,60 €) each per piece. The glasses are calibrated and are therefore also suitable for selling drinks – for example at club festivities and summer parties. The calibrated beer mug with a handle (0.5 l) for 0,60 € plus 19% VAT (0,71 €) per piece is the rustic choice for Oktoberfest parties and beer garden events – it is delivered in crates.

Carafes and swing-top bottles

For water, wine and juice at the table: carafes with 0.5 litres for 1,20 € plus 19% VAT (1,43 €) and 1 litre for 1,30 € plus 19% VAT (1,55 €), and the 1-litre swing-top bottle for 2,10 € plus 19% VAT (2,50 €) per piece.

How much does it cost to rent glasses in Munich?

You can rent glasses from 0,35 € plus 19% VAT (0,42 €) per piece for up to 3 rental days, final cleaning included.

Example: For a party with 200 guests, each with a sparkling wine glass for the reception, a white wine glass and an all-purpose glass for water, you pay 360,40 € plus 19% VAT (428,88 €) for up to 3 rental days, plus delivery – sparkling wine glasses are charged in full racks of 36, i.e. 216 pieces. Delivery in glass racks and return

We deliver the glasses in glass racks: sparkling wine glasses in 36s, white wine glasses and coupes in 20s, red wine glasses in 16s and all other glasses in 25s per rack. Expert tip from Munich Event Rent

Plan the number of glasses in full racks and with a little reserve – guests like to take a fresh glass during the evening. For the champagne tower, we recommend filling the glasses individually before building the tower, if possible.

Frequently asked questions about glass rental

Do I have to wash the glasses?

No. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. After the event, simply put the glasses back into the glass racks.

How many glasses are in one glass rack?

We deliver sparkling wine glasses in 36s, white wine glasses and coupes in 20s, red wine glasses in 16s and all other glasses in 25s per rack. Beer mugs are delivered in crates.

What happens if a glass breaks?

Breakage and missing glasses are charged at replacement cost. We settle them transparently after the return.

How does the champagne tower work?

The champagne tower consists of “crystal” coupes and is available with 4, 5 or 6 tiers – including spare glasses. Whether we build the tower depends on the delivery package booked. Ideally, the glasses are filled individually before the tower is built.

Are the beer glasses calibrated?

Yes, our Willi beer glasses with 0.3 and 0.5 litres as well as the wheat beer glass and the beer mug, each with 0.5 litres, are calibrated and are therefore also suitable for selling drinks.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is 250,00 € plus 19% VAT (297,50 €); delivery does not count towards it. With glasses you usually reach it in combination with dinnerware, cutlery or high tables – or, for example, from 200 guests with three glasses per guest.
