The padded, stackable banquet chair in black is our standard for conferences, galas and dinners – from 4,70 € plus 19% VAT (5,59 €) per piece. It is available plain, with a black or white cover or with a festive wedding cover. We also offer the Napoleon chair in black and the clear ghost chair.

Wedding chairs

For wedding ceremonies and receptions we rent out up to 300 wedding chairs from 7,90 € plus 19% VAT (9,40 €) per piece: Chiavari and Napoleon chairs in white with seat pads, wooden Crossback chairs in antique white or dark wood, as well as ghost chairs and banquet chairs with wedding covers. Chiavari and Napoleon chairs are also suitable for outdoor wedding ceremonies.

Delivery and set-up of the seating

We deliver your rental chairs in Munich and the surrounding area – with the Comfort package also set up in the layout you need, for example in rows for talks and concerts or at banquet tables for dinners. That depends on the model: you can rent folding chairs from us in quantities of more than 1,000 and wedding chairs, for example, up to 300. This allows us to equip small parties as well as concerts, conferences and large events. Availability depends on the date – for large quantities we recommend sending your request early.

Which chairs are stackable?

Our folding chairs, the padded banquet chairs and the Chiavari and Napoleon chairs are stackable. This saves space during delivery and storage on site and speeds up set-up and dismantling – especially with large quantities.

Which chairs are suitable for outdoor use?

Our folding chairs and the Chiavari and Napoleon chairs are suitable for outdoor events. With Chiavari and Napoleon chairs, the separate seat pads must not get wet – so if the weather is uncertain, plan a covered area or an alternative.

Are seat pads and covers included in the rental price?

Chairs with seat pads or covers are separate items with their own price, for example the banquet chair with a white cover or the folding chair with a seat pad. You can also rent chair covers separately in our covers category.

Do you also set up and dismantle the chairs?

Yes, with the Comfort package. We deliver the chairs right into the event room – regardless of stairs or access routes – and set them up in the layout you need, for example in rows for talks and concerts or at banquet tables for dinners. After the event we dismantle the seating.

How much does chair delivery cost?

Delivery with the Basic package – ground level and step-free, just inside the first door – costs from 100,00 € plus 19% VAT (119,00 €). For deliveries by lift or with set-up, the price depends on the delivery situation and effort. You can find all packages under How it works & FAQ.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is 250,00 € plus 19% VAT (297,50 €); delivery does not count towards it. With banquet chairs you reach it from 54 chairs – or in combination with tables, covers and other event equipment.

Do I have to clean the chair covers before returning them?

No, final cleaning of chairs and covers is included in the rental price. Please return covers and seat pads dry.
